1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using QuickTech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Services Description
QuickTech provides IT services including but not limited to: computer repair and maintenance, network installation and configuration, technical support, cybersecurity solutions, data recovery, and IT consulting. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to technician availability.
3. Service Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
4. Pricing and Payment
Diagnostic services are provided free of charge. All repair and service costs will be quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Warranty
QuickTech provides a 90-day warranty on all repair services performed. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other components or issues. The warranty is void if the equipment is tampered with by unauthorized personnel or if damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuickTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect client data during service. However, clients are advised to backup all important data before bringing equipment for service. QuickTech is not responsible for data loss that may occur during repairs, even with precautions taken.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
